RESERVATIONS:
- Initial bookings are made through Caretakers; Mark and Vera Segedin on Ph: 07 3408 1675 or email: houseofhappiness@live.com.au
- Booking confirmation requires a deposit; $100 if staying weekdays and $500 if staying weekends. (NB Friday is a weekend day)  
- Payment can be by cheque made payable to 'Brisbane Tram and Bus Special Children's Association Inc. or Bank deposit.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES:
- Check in on arrival; anytime from 10am
- Check out time is before 2pm
- The Caretaker must be notified of any changes to arrival times or group size.

SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR YOUR STAY:
- All food, bed linen, pillows, towels, toiletries, washing up detergent, teatowels, rubbish bags and washing powder.

CANCELLATIONS
- The deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-book the cancelled dates.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All donations are gratefully accepted and any donations over $2 are tax deductable.

COSTS
- $15 per person per day 2017 season - 2018 to be advised  *Conditions apply
- Groups will be charged at the full day rate for any visitors who use the facilities.
- Carers/Supervisors/Teachers are to be included in group numbers.
- Costs are charged on a per day basis (not per night), ie: Friday to Sunday is charged at 3 days.

PLEASE NOTE
- NO ANIMALS, BIKES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERSKATES OR SCOOTERS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.
- ALCOHOL / DRUGS ARE NOT PERMITTED (prescribed medications excepted).
